We learned that good service begins before the first coat of color. It begins with listening—to someone’s style, her routine, and how she wants to feel. We treated every appointment with patience, because no two women, and no two stories, are ever quite the same.

03-The Quiet Months

There were days when we nearly closed our doors.

The beginning was much harder than we expected. Some days passed with empty chairs and very few appointments. We worried, questioned ourselves, and came close to giving up. But we kept showing up—learning, improving, and taking care of every guest who walked through the door.
