You may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery and send the goods back within 14 calendar days after your cancellation notice. You may reasonably inspect the product; opening ordinary packaging does not automatically make it ineligible for return. Do not wear, apply adhesive to, file or otherwise alter a product you intend to return. Handling beyond reasonable inspection may reduce its refundable value where permitted by law. If you selected the wrong size, our standard return process applies; we do not offer complimentary fit replacements.
