1. Who we are
LENTO Nails is operated by Kaifeng Demonstration Zone Tongchenghui Cross-Border E-Commerce Studio (开封市示范区佟澄汇跨境电子商务工作室), a business based in Kaifeng, Henan, China.
We use Shopify to operate our online store. We are responsible for the personal information we handle in connection with our business, subject to the independent responsibilities of service providers under applicable law.

Customer support hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to midnight, US Eastern Time (ET, observing EST or EDT as applicable), excluding public holidays in China. You may email us at any time. We normally respond within 2 support business days.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the store, we collect information you provide, information generated by your interactions and information from service providers involved in your order. This can include:
- Contact, billing and delivery details, such as your name, email address, postal addresses and any telephone number supplied at checkout.
- Order and transaction details, including purchased products, payment status, refunds, returns and customer-service history.
- Device and usage information, including IP address, browser information, cookie or device identifiers, pages visited and interactions with the store.
- Communications and supporting material that you send us, such as an order enquiry or photographs of a damaged or incorrect product.
Payment providers process payment credentials. We do not intentionally retain complete payment-card numbers in our own customer-support records. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, identity documents or unnecessary personal information by email.
3. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure the store, process payments and orders, deliver products, provide tracking, respond to enquiries, manage returns and refunds, investigate fraud or delivery problems, understand store performance, and comply with applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Where permitted by law and subject to required consent and your choices, we also use information for marketing communications and advertising measurement. A purchase or a support enquiry does not by itself authorize us to publish private customer-service materials as advertising or a review.
4. Service providers and disclosures
We disclose information as needed to providers that help us operate the business, including:
- Shopify for store hosting, checkout, order management and related store functionality.
- Payment providers for payment processing, transaction verification and refunds.
- Fulfillment and delivery partners for dispatch and delivery, and 17TRACK for order-tracking services.
- Email and other business-service providers for communications, storage and customer support.
- Google Ads / Google tag services for advertising measurement and related functionality, subject to the features enabled and applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
These providers may process contact, transaction, device or event data appropriate to the service they provide. Advertising and analytics technologies may receive browser or device identifiers, IP addresses, page activity and conversion information. We may also disclose information to professional advisers or authorities where required or permitted by law, or as necessary to protect legal rights and prevent fraud.

5. Cookies and advertising choices
Shopify and other enabled services use cookies or similar technologies to support essential store functions, remember preferences, secure transactions, measure use and support advertising. Non-essential technologies are subject to the consent or opt-out rules applicable to your location.
You can manage cookies using your browser settings. Where the store presents cookie or privacy controls, you can also use those controls to manage the choices they provide. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout or other functions. Browser cookie deletion alone might not stop all forms of advertising data processing.
To request an applicable opt-out from targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information, email lentonails@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Certain advertising disclosures can be treated as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even without monetary payment. We process applicable opt-out requests and legally recognized preference signals as required by law.
6. Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only where permitted by law and with any required consent. You may unsubscribe through the link in a marketing email or by contacting lentonails@gmail.com. Transactional messages, such as order confirmations, delivery updates and replies to your enquiries, may still be sent where needed.
7. Customer support photographs
If you send photographs to support an incorrect-item, damage or quality claim, we use them to assess and resolve that request and retain them only as reasonably needed for the request, associated disputes or applicable legal obligations. We do not publish private support photographs or use them for advertising, social media, reviews or unrelated marketing without a separate valid basis and any required permission.
8. International processing
We operate from China and use providers whose systems may be located in China, the United States, Canada or other countries. Your information may be processed outside your place of residence and may be subject to the laws of those countries. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, we use the required arrangements. You may contact us to ask about our providers or international processing.
9. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including fulfilling orders, providing support, maintaining required business and tax records, preventing fraud, handling disputes and complying with law. Retention varies by the information and purpose. Once information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it as appropriate, subject to legal obligations and provider backup or deletion processes.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is entirely risk-free; we do not promise absolute security or the complete absence of privacy risk.
10. Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, or opt out of targeted advertising or specified data disclosures. Exceptions can apply, including where information is needed to complete a transaction or meet a legal obligation.
Email lentonails@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or the authority of a person acting for you. We respond within the time required by applicable law. Our normal customer-support response target is separate from the statutory time for completing a privacy request.
If you disagree with our response, you may ask us to review it and, where applicable, contact the relevant privacy regulator or exercise an available appeal right. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
11. Children's information
The store is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact lentonails@gmail.com so we can assess and take appropriate action. Additional protections for minors may apply under the law where they live.

We update this policy when our practices or obligations change. The current version and update date are published on this page. Where a change requires additional notice or consent, we provide it as required by law.
