1. Operator and scope
LENTO Nails is operated by Kaifeng Demonstration Zone Tongchenghui Cross-Border E-Commerce Studio (开封市示范区佟澄汇跨境电子商务工作室), a business based in Kaifeng, Henan, China.
These Terms apply to use of https://www.lentonails.com and purchases made directly through the store. The Shipping and Delivery Policy and Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy explain the specific conditions for delivery and after-sales service. Our Privacy Policy explains personal-information handling.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract or have the authority required by applicable law. You may not use the website for fraud, unlawful transactions, infringement, malicious interference, unauthorized access or impersonation.
3. Products and information
We aim to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, prices and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and reasonable decorative variations may affect appearance. These differences do not exclude claims for actual defects, incorrect items or material departures from the description.
Each press-on nail set includes an application kit at no separate charge. Review the individual product page for its size, contents and instructions.
4. Orders, prices and payment
Prices and order charges are shown at checkout before payment. Standard shipping and free-shipping eligibility are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Available promotions apply only on their stated conditions.
An order may be declined or cancelled if payment cannot be authorized, stock is unavailable, material information is incorrect, fraud is reasonably suspected or another legitimate issue prevents fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we explain the issue and provide the appropriate refund. A material price or product correction affecting an order will be communicated rather than imposed without your agreement.
5. Size selection and use
Review the product size chart before ordering. Once you decide to open and use the product, check the fit before applying adhesive, filing or trimming. Opening original product packaging affects ordinary change-of-mind return eligibility, as explained in the returns policy.
Unopened products may be returned under the ordinary return conditions, including if you selected the wrong size. If we sent the ordered product and size, an opened product is not eligible for an ordinary fit-related refund or exchange. Wrong items sent by us and confirmed defects are handled separately. We do not provide complimentary fit replacements.
Follow the product and adhesive manufacturers' application, care and removal instructions. Stop use if irritation occurs. Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility for a defective product or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Shipping, returns and cancellations
Orders ship from China to the United States and Canada. Processing, estimated delivery, tracking, import charges and delivery problems are governed by the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Return eligibility, return addresses, return postage, replacements, cancellations and refund timing are governed by the Returns, Replacements and Refunds Policy.
Those specific policies govern their subject matter if a general summary elsewhere on the site is inconsistent. This does not permit us to disregard a more favorable binding promise already made to you or a mandatory legal right.
7. Third-party services
We use Shopify and other providers for payment, logistics, tracking, email, analytics and advertising functionality. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy notices. This does not remove our responsibility for orders placed with LENTO Nails. Independent external websites are not operated by us unless stated otherwise.
8. Communications and submitted materials
We use order and support communications to provide the requested service and as described in our Privacy Policy. Private customer-support photographs and email attachments are not licensed for advertising or public display merely because they were sent to us.
Reviews or other content intentionally submitted for publication may be displayed for that purpose, subject to applicable permissions and law. We preserve the meaning of published customer reviews and do not publish private support messages as reviews without permission.
9. Intellectual property and availability
Website materials may be protected by rights belonging to us or the relevant rights holders. Do not copy or commercially exploit them in an infringing manner. We may correct genuine website errors and maintain or modify website functions, while preserving obligations for existing orders.
10. Responsibility and applicable rights
We take reasonable steps to operate the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable protections in your state, province or other place of residence continue to apply.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms when our practices or legal obligations change. Updates apply when published and do not remove rights or commitments arising from earlier purchases. We provide additional notice where required by law.
